The Junior-Senior Prom is Saturday, April 25, 2009. Prom fees may be paid during a student’s Junior year according to the following schedule:
| Dates | Cost |
| November (through November 28) | $40 |
| February (through February 27) | $50 |
| March/April (through April 9) | $75 |
| No Fees Taken After April 9, 2009 | |
|
Applications for Guests will be available in February |
|
Paying in advance is helpful as it affords you a discount and allows for the ordering of decoration materials, Prom favors, and food well in advance. Higher prices and extra costs are often the result of late orders by the school.
Your Prom fee will cover both your Junior and Senior years' Prom. Students who do not pay their Prom fee during their Junior year must pay their complete fee during their Senior year to attend the Prom. Students transferring to Hibriten must pay their Prom fee according to the above schedule.
Prom guest applications are approved on a case-by-case basis. Guest applications are available in February from Mrs. Melton in Room C1. The Guest Application form will have the guidelines for all prospective guests. Guest tickets are $35 in February and are $40 in March and $50 in April. No guest applications will be accepted after April 3, 2009. (Students will obtain a guest application, complete it, return it to Mrs. Melton in Room C1. (Payment for guest will be made after the prom committee approves the guest.)
There are no refunds available once Prom fees are paid, and fees are not transferable to other students.
